TERMS OF SERVICE

Nightbound Creations (Business ID: 3513060-6) (hereinafter referred to as “the webshop”) sells products to private customers worldwide. All listed prices are VAT-exempt (0%), as Nightbound Creations operates under the Finnish small business exemption and is not currently VAT-registered. We reserve the right to make changes to our terms of service, pricing, and product availability at any time.

By purchasing from Nightbound Creations, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Orders & Customer Information

  • Orders are placed by adding products to your shopping cart and completing payment at checkout.

  • All customer details are handled confidentially and used solely for processing and shipping your order.

  • For made-to-order products, production begins only after payment is confirmed.

    • Processing times for these items may be longer than for ready-made products, and estimated dispatch times will be communicated at checkout.

2. Shipping Terms

  • All orders are shipped from Finland using tracked delivery. A tracking number will be provided once the order is dispatched.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and parcel size.

  • Orders typically ship within 7 business days unless otherwise stated. Made-to-order products may require additional production time.

  • Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs clearance or local postal delays.

 

3. Customs, Duties & Import Fees

  • Orders are shipped under Incoterms DAP (Delivered at Place).

  • Nightbound Creations is responsible for delivering your parcel to the address you provide, but you (the customer) are responsible for paying any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes charged by your country.

  • For shipments outside the EU, customs clearance may cause delays, and you may be required to provide additional information to your local authorities.

  • If your order is returned due to unpaid customs duties, an incorrect address, or failure to collect the parcel, original shipping fees will not be refunded. Reshipping will incur additional charges.

4. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

  • Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, Nightbound Creations is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@nightboundcreations.com. We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping provider and work toward a resolution.

5. Returns & Refunds

Standard Products

  • All non-custom products come with a 14-day return period starting from the day you receive your order.

  • To initiate a return, you must contact us in advance via email at info@nightboundcreations.com before sending back the item.

  • Returned items must be unused and in resalable condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees will not be refunded unless the product is faulty or damaged.

    • If the product is defective, a full refund will be issued, including original and return shipping costs.

 

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

  • Returns are not accepted for custom or made-to-order products, as these are crafted specifically to your measurements and preferences.

  • Cancellations for custom orders are only possible before production begins and materials have been purchased. Once production has started, the order becomes final.

  • If there are any fit or quality issues with a custom item, we will work with you to correct the product and ship it back at no extra cost.

6. Unclaimed or Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned due to failure to collect, incorrect address, or unpaid customs fees:

  • Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

  • If reshipment is requested, new shipping fees must be paid by the customer.

  • Repeated unclaimed orders may result in suspension of future purchases.

  • All inquiries, returns, and refunds are processed on weekdays during business hours.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order through Nightbound Creations, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, including our policies on shipping, returns, refunds, and customs duties.
